Cost Recovery Group also announces the additional service of fraud recognition. In the last 12 months our methods have lead to the discovery of internal staff having misappropriated funds for their own benefit. Our data analysis is such that anomalies are identified and investigated fully. These types of detections are referred to senior management and appropriate action taken.
To date the amounts identified in relation to internal fraud is now AUD 1.7 million dollars.
